    Elizabeth has thirty years of experience in the financial industry, managing wealth for individuals and corporate entities with a global, national, and boutique firm before embarking into the utility industry.

    Vice-President Investments with NatCity Investments, UBS Financial Services, and First Kentucky Securities. Managed $130,000,000 in assets using equity, debt, and alternative investments. As a Licensed Principal, managed a team of advisors while guiding clients through tumultuous times of Dot-com Bubble, the Great Recession, and the longest-running bull market.

    Steve has 45 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, flood control, combined sewers, and sanitary sewers. He has 34 years of experience with management in the same field. Mr. Tolliver’s expertise includes operations and process specialist for wastewater facilities, municipal utilities management, pretreatment, odor control, solid waste management and marketing.

Previous 6 years in executive leadership positions overseeing Production, Business planning, Program Management, & Logistics warehousing/transportation.  Currently responsible for the AUS Southern Indiana Operations team consisting of Municipal and Industrial Wastewater treatment services.
